With a background in project management, engineering, design, and customer service, Vieng's leadership sets the standard for excellence at Crest & Key. Beyond work, he enjoys the simple pleasures of life — cooking, craft beer and great wine. His pup, Hiro, ensures there is ample time set aside for family lounging and holds the uncontested house record for most naps taken.
Vieng's holistic approach to bringing his best to both work and life encapsulates the spirit of Crest & Key, where passion and dedication converge to bring our clients’ home remodel dreams to life.
Will Clement
Project Manager
Will is our team’s multifaceted Project Manager. Boasting expertise in home remodel project management, framing, and finished carpentry, he is equally adept at building relationships with clients and solving complex problems. In addition to his professional expertise, Will enjoys a low handicap in golf, practices Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and treasures quality time with his son, Wes.
At home, Will's dog, Henry, steals the show with his unmatched speed — outrunning any dog or human. Will's diverse skill set and zest for life contribute to the dynamic energy at Crest & Key, where craftsmanship and client relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
